Understanding who you are - without pressure or labels.
This frame is about understanding who you are right now, not deciding who you must become. Many teens feel pressure to define themselves early, compare themselves to others, or believe they’re “behind.” This frame removes that pressure and replaces it with curiosity.
You’ll explore how your interests, strengths, energy, and preferences show up in daily life. There are no labels to adopt and no decisions to make here. The goal is awareness, not answers.
By the end of this frame, you should feel more grounded in how you operate, less anxious about comparisons, and better able to describe yourself without locking yourself into a single identity or future path. This foundation will support everything that comes later in the program.
Complete the lessons in order at a comfortable pace
One or two lessons per week is enough
There are no right or wrong responses
Parents: listen and reflect back, don’t correct or direct
Move on when the teen feels clearer, not “finished.”
You don’t need to know who you’ll be forever.
Pay attention to what interests you, what drains you, and what gives you energy.
Awareness comes before decisions.
